• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

• Service fees will be clearly communicated before work begins
• Payment terms and schedules will be agreed upon in writing
• Government fees, translation costs, and third-party expenses are separate
• Refund policies vary by service type and will be explained upfront
• Late payment may result in service suspension

Either party may terminate our services under the following conditions:

Upon termination, you remain responsible for all accrued fees and we will provide any completed work.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
